yes it does.

Does this come with new screws to mount to stock?
It does not, you will use the screws you currently are using to screw on your recoil pad this with this G Lite recoil pad.

I inadvertently broke the original that come with the Phoenix 2 stock so I ordered a new one and Grayboe was on it, out the door the next day! Great job, great product, absolutely love the stock and the quick turnaround.

This pad fits nicely and is much sturdier than the memory foam recoil pad that came on my Phoenix stock.
