Bolt in multiple rifles and calibers using the Universal Mini Chassis (UMC) system into the Halo stock.

Takes AICS magazines

Fits all AICS magazines, no bottom metal required. Mags click right into the belly of the stock. Use standard short AICS mags and 3.850" length AICS mags for long actions calibers.

MLOK Attachments

MLOK attachment capability at the 3, 6 and 9 o'clock positions on the forend. 2 MLOK slots on the bottom of the buttstock.

Vertical Grip and Finger Groove

Comfortable vertical grip with palm swell and trigger finger groove. Keeping your trigger hand in its most natural relaxed state with consistent placement shot after shot.

Materials

Stock is made out of impact resistant polymer. (UMC) Universal Mini Chassis is T6 6061 billet aluminum, hard anodized matte black or cerakote.

Forend tip diameter measures .925" at 11.25" down the forend from the face of a Rem 700 short action.

Will my Universal Mini Chassis be bolted to the stock when I receive it?

Most Universal Mini Chassis (UMC) will be bolted to the stock when it ships out. Some, like the Ruger American and Mossberg Patriot, won't be as the rifle must be bolted onto the UMC first and the trigger guard pinned into place before bolting to the stock.

Do you ship internationally?

How do i purchase a Universal Mini Chassis (UMC) by itself, to use on another rifle I own in the Halo stock?

You can purchase additional UMC's on the Universal Mini Chassis product page and add them to your cart before checkout.

I have a Ruger American .308 and a Remington 700 .7PRC rifle, I can really shoot both rifles in the same stock?

That is correct. You get a UMC for your Ruger American .308 (short action length) and a UMC for your Remington 700 7PRC (long action length) and they both will plug and play in the Halo stock.

Will my rifle hold zero after i sight it in and remove the UMC with the rifle on it out of the stock?

Yes it will. Once you have sighted in your rifle on the UMC in the stock. You can remove your rifle keeping the UMC on it and it will hold zero.

What are the torque specs?

We recommend 45 in lbs bolting the UMC to the stock. Anywhere from 45-65 in lbs bolting your rifle to the UMC.

Do i use my factory action screws to bolt my rifle to the UMC?

No, we will send you a new set of action screws in the box that must be used to bolt your rifle to the UMC.

Do you make UMC's and Halo stocks in left hand?

Unfortunately we do not at this time. We hope to offer left handed UMC compatible stocks in late 2026.
