unfortunately we only have these available for Rem 700 or 700 clone actions. We also only have our Phoenix 2 stock inlet for the Tikka T3 with factory plastic mag frame or CTR bottom metal.

Yes it will, as far as stock making goes, the T3 and T3x are the exact same inlet.
