Will the hunter M5 DBM work for 300 prc

Unfortunately not, we don't have a CIP length Hunter M5 DBM.  Only our standard Grayboe M5 DBM in CIP length will work with the .300PRC.

i have a remington 700 awr in 300 win mag with the outlander stock. is this the bottom metal i need to use?

Your Outlander stock will need to be opened up for a M5 bottom metal to get the Grayboe Hunter M5 DBM to fit and feed the magazines correctly in the stock.  We can do this mod for you here in shop for $60 if you want.

Is the GRAYBOE HUNTER M5 DBM - REMINGTON 700 available in CIP length?

Unfortunately it is not, only in short and long lengths.

Will fit in a Remington Long action 7 SAUM

Do you currently have AICS magazines for your 7 saum?  If so, yes it will take all AICS magazines.

Will this fit a Bergara Premier Rdgeback with the removable magazine? Seem obvious it will. Better safe than sorry though. The paddle release currently on the gun isn't best for hunting - gets caught on other gear and brush releasing the mag.

Yes it will, it will drop right in.

Will this three rd mag work for a 30-06 ?

The polymer 3 round mags we carry are only for .308/6.5cr cartidges.  A 3 round mag for your 30-06 can be purchased here https://accurate-mag.com/shop/magazines/30-06-springfield-sssf-magazine/ and our bottom metals will take those mags.

Will this work on a Bergara b14 6.5 PRC

Yes it is compatible with your bergara b14.  your stock will need to be inlet for this bottom metal.

are these in stock right now in SA and will they take the the Accurate mag for the 300 wsm and ^.5 PRC 3 and 7 round mags please let me know

Yes they are in stock and will fit those accurate mag magazines.

Will this fit magpul mags?

Yes it will fit AICS magpul mags.

Does this come with a long action flush fit magazine

No the bottom metal does not come with a magazine.

Will this fit a Bergara B 14 if I order a new Terrain stock for y’all?

Yes our bottom metal is compatible with a B14 action.  When ordering the stock, for the bottom metal inlet just select "Grayboe DBM" and the Hunter M5 DBM will drop right in.

Will it fit Berger’s HMR inlet?

Unfortunatley not, the Bergara factory DBM is its own footprint and is not a M5 inlet.

I currently have a Ridgeback built with the BDL plate. Rifle is chambered in 300 WM, Remington 700. Can I convert to this M5 DBM without modifying the stock opening? Assume Long length for 300 WM?

Unfortunatley the stock will need to be modified and opened up for any M5 DBM to fit.

Will this fit a Bergara Highlander (700 style action) with the Graboe stock? Any machining required?

Unfortunately it won't, the stock will need to be opened up to accept a M5 DBM bottom metal.

Will this fit a Bergara b14 hunter?

Unfortunately it will not, your stock will need to be opened up on the bottom to fit the M5 DBM.  All M5 DBM's, like the Grayboe ones, are a larger footprint than the Bergara floor plate currently on your rifle.

Any projected date for a long action CIP length bottom metal in the hunter configuration?

At this point we don't have a hard set date on when that will be unfortunately.

will a timney/trigger tech straight trigger fit this floor plate?

yes it should.  if it doesn't for some odd reason, you can return it for a full refund, no questions asked.

Will this work with AICS CIP length (3.850") 338 Lapua Magazines?

Unfortunately we don't have the CIP model out yet.  Its still in its designing phase.

What is the max COAL your long DBM will support?

that will depend on your magazine, typically its 3.625".  However, the inner dimension of the magazine well on the DBM is 3.738".

What's the weight for the SA?

it weighs 3 ounces.

what is the max COAL for a SA ?

that will depend on the manufacturer of your magazine.  If it has no binder plate than it could be 2.960", just depends on whose mag you have.  Regardless, any short action AICS magazine will fit into the hunter DBM.

What is longest coal the short action allows

that will depend if your magazine has a binder plate or not.  without a binder plate max COAL would be 2.960".  Regardless the Hunter DBM will fit all SA AICS magazines.  The inner mag well on the DBM is 3.070".

you currently have a factory stock on your 700 rifle?  If so, you'd need a gunsmith to open up the bottom of your stock to accept the DBM.  Yes our long action DBM will work for the .300 rum with a length of 3.6".

yes it will work with any action that has a trigger hanger.  We modify the bottom metal to work with trigger hangers.

Will this fit without alteration on the Rem700awr stock you guys made?

No it won't, the bottom of the stock needs to be modified to accept and M5 bottom metal.  We can do that here in shop for $100.

Yes it is compatible with your rifle but the stock will need to be inlet/modified for a M5 bottom metal for it to fit into the stock.

I have a Greyboe M5 bottom metal for my newly ordered 270 stock with a M5 inlet. What kind of magazines should I look for?

Best bet would be to get a 30-06 aics magazine like seen here, https://mdttac.com/30-06-mdt-metal-aics-magazine/ and bend the feed lips inward to keep the rounds in the mag.

I understand this product accepts all AICS magazines but I'm confused on what length magazine I need. I'm looking at 5rd 30-06 mag from MDT and Accurate. Accurate has both 3.715" and 3.850" length mags. MDT has 3.56" and 3.715" mags. Which one do I need??

You will want the 3.715" length AICS magazines for this bottom metal.

What bottom metal and magazine do you recommend for 7mm PRC

You'll want to use a long action length M5 DBM and a steel .300 win mag AICS magazine like this, https://www.grayboe.com/collections/magazines/products/aics-long-action-steel-magazine.  You may need to bend the feed lips open a hair so the rounds sit up high enough that the bolt will catch the rounds when pushed forward.

If you have the short action length mag it will work, if you have the medium length mag it will not.
