The Grayboe Affiliate Program Rules & Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in the Grayboe Affiliate Program! We're excited to have you on board as an affiliate partner. Please review the following rules and guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful partnership.
1. Commission Structure:
Affiliates will earn a flat commission of 10% on the total sales amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns) for any regularly priced Grayboe stocks or Grayboe bottom metals sold through their affiliate links or unique promo codes. Bundle Package sales will earn a flate rate of 5% commissions and any items sold in our Freedom Finds section will earn a flate rate of 3% commissions.
2. Eligible Products:
Commissions can only be earned on the sales of Grayboe stocks and Grayboe bottom metals. No commissions will be awarded for any other products or services offered by Grayboe.
3. Promo Code Usage:
Each affiliate account will be provided with a unique promo code that entitles customers to a 10% discount on their purchase. However, this discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or ongoing sales. Promo codes are exclusive to affiliate sales and should not be shared with individuals who are not part of the program.
4. Personal Purchases:
Affiliates will not earn commissions on personal purchases made under their own affiliate account. Any attempt to use the affiliate program for personal gain will result in a forfeiture of commission and may lead to termination from the Grayboe Affiliate Program.
5. Tracking and Reporting:
Grayboe will provide affiliates with access to a tracking dashboard where you can monitor your sales, commissions earned, and other relevant data. This information will be updated in real-time to ensure transparency and accuracy.
6. Payment Schedule:
Commission payouts will be processed on a monthly basis, on the first of every month for the month prior. ie. Any commissions earned in Jan will be paid out on the first of Feb. Affiliates must reach a minimum commission threshold of $50 to be eligible for payment. Payments will be made via Paypal. If you do not have a paypal account, you will need to create one at https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/account-selection.
7. Compliance and Ethical Conduct:
Affiliates are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner. You must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations while promoting Grayboe products. Any affiliate engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate behavior will be subject to immediate termination from the program.
8. Termination of Affiliate Account:
Grayboe reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its discretion, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include violation of program rules, unethical conduct, or any other behavior deemed detrimental to the Grayboe brand.
9. Promotional Materials:
Grayboe will provide affiliates with approved promotional materials, including banners, images, and text links, to facilitate effective marketing. Affiliates are encouraged to use these materials for their promotional activities.
10. Sole Proprieter/Independent Contractor
Affiliate Marketers for Grayboe that take part in the Grayboe Affiliate Program are not employees of Grayboe, therefore do not qualify for Workers' Compensation benefits offered by Grayboe to regular Grayboe employees. As 1099 Contractors, any affiliate marketers taking part in the Grayboe Affiliate Program, will be solely responsible for any workers' compensation benefits on employees working under them.
11. Changes to Program Terms:
Grayboe reserves the right to modify or update these rules and guidelines at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes through the contact information provided during the sign-up process.
