Yes it should as i believe the mountain tactical is a factory drop in replacement to the plastic bottom piece from Tikka.

Phoenix 2 Tikka 300 WSM
Much lighter than expected. Needed some sanding to fit the action but after that and some glass bedding, the rifle is much improved and accuracy also improved as well. Thank you Grayboe.
