Are the flush cups anti-rotation and do they have an allen key hole in the bottom for installation?
They are full 360 degree rotation and yes they installed using an Allen wrench

Will these work on the trekker stock? Can they replace the studs thst come on a trekker? What is needed to be done to install?
Unfortunately not, as there just isn't enough "meat" on the trekker stock to install those at the correct depth. If you are wanting to use quick detach button sling loops, you can install these on your stud mounts, Push Button Base to Stud adaptor - GTSW235

Will this work on eagle fiberglass stock?
Unfortunatley it will not.

What's the actual thread for the insert?

What hole size do I need to drill for these?
We use a 9/16" end mill.
