Will this stock fit my Christensen Arms Mesa 6.5 PRC? If so, Does it include the hinged floor plate or will the factory floor plate fit?
your factory floor plate will fit, not sure about your barrel contour though. the action will fit but you'll need to modify the stock for the side bolt release on the CA action so that it sits in the stock correctly.

Will this fit as a replacement stock for a Christensen Arms Ridgeline with a carbon fiber wrapped barrel? The rifle is a 6.5 PRC, short action, BDL. Thanks.
Unfortunately it won't, you would need to modify the stock for the side bolt release on your action and machine out the barrel channel in the stock for your larger barrel contour.
