Hi Will this fit a Remington 700 S/A?
Yes it will but the Atlas has a longer ejection port than a Rem 700 so the stock has been modified for that. What barrel contour do you have on the rifle?

Will this work for a remington knock off with a barrel nut ?
Unfortunatley it won't. The stocks barrel channel will need to be opened up to give clearance for the barrel nut.
